About Three Tree

Three Tree Home Performance was founded with a simple goal: to build better buildings for our friends and neighbors in the Northeast Kingdom.

Energy AuditThree Tree Home Performance is a home energy efficiency company offering comprehensive building performance assessments, diagnostics and energy efficiency building services in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Our approach is based on the idea that a home is an integrated system. We use building science and a whole-house approach to create homes and buildings that are more efficient, safer, healthier and more comfortable. We use proven techniques and materials to create the most durable, energy efficient structures – exactly the way we would in our own homes!

HISTORY

Three Tree Home PerformanceThree Tree Home Performance was founded 2014 after we saw an unfilled need for efficiency expertise in the building industry in Northern Vermont.

As builders and general contractors and homeowners, we recognized that to best serve our clients our work should be informed by an objective assessment of the building – one that identifies the areas where efficiency improvements make the most impact. We took our building knowledge and combined it with education and certification in critical areas of Home Performance to create a company that deeply understands how buildings are designed, built, and retrofitted with the homeowner’s best interest in mind.
